Photo quality is dependent on the photo you send me. I do edit the photos to sharpen/brighten, but I can only do so much. Here are a few tips for selecting a photo to send- choose a photo where the sides of people are not cut off, I will not edit those areas to hide the cut off parts as it is too time consuming. Try to choose a photo that is nice and bright, no harsh shadows, but also no harsh highlights either. Professional photos usually always work well.
