How to Personalize
At checkout you'll fill in two things:
- Plaque text — a short line along the bottom of the ornament (e.g. "The Johnsons 2025" or "Forever in our hearts"). Keep it brief — the more text you add, the smaller it will appear.
- Photo upload — upload your favorite photo directly at checkout.
Tips for the best print:
- Choose a bright, evenly lit photo — avoid harsh shadows or blown-out highlights
- Professional portraits almost always turn out great
- Make sure no one is cut off at the edges — we don't extend or fill cropped areas
- We'll lightly sharpen and brighten, but final quality depends on the photo you submit

Can I order double-sided with two different photos?
Yes — upload the front photo at checkout, then email the second photo to breann@theburnshack.com after ordering.
Is the ornament breakable?
Clear acrylic is durable but not shatterproof. Handle with care and store in a padded box between seasons.
How long does production take?
Most orders ship within 14 days. During peak holiday season (November–December) order early to ensure on-time delivery.
What file types work best?
JPG, PNG, and HEIC all work great. Higher resolution = better print quality.
Can I see a proof before printing?
