How It Works
We create custom merchandise — laser-engraved tumblers, logo patch hats, UV-printed items, custom keychains, and more — branded specifically for your organization. Then we build a dedicated fundraiser landing page on our website, handle all the online sales, design your promotional materials, and ship orders directly to your supporters. You never touch a product or collect a payment.
There are two fundraiser structures to choose from:
Zero Upfront Cost
No investment required. Your supporters pay the item price, and every dollar above our cost goes directly to your organization. Perfect for groups with no budget to start.
Pre-Purchase & Maximize Profit
Pre-buy a set quantity at our bulk rate and unlock a much bigger profit per item sold. Any unsold inventory is yours to keep — no waste, no losses.
Option 1: Zero Upfront Cost
This is the easiest way to get started. There's no money down, no minimum sales requirement, and no financial risk to your organization. Here's how it works:
- We create your custom product at our standard price
- You choose the selling price (we'll suggest a recommended markup)
- Every dollar above the item cost goes to your organization
- No upfront payment — ever
- Proceeds are paid out in a lump sum when your fundraiser closes

If your organization can invest a little upfront, the pre-purchase option delivers significantly higher earnings per item. By committing to a set quantity, you unlock our bulk pricing tier — and since every unsold unit comes home with you, there's no such thing as "leftover" inventory.

- Social Media Graphics — We create ready-to-post images your organization can share on Instagram and Facebook. We'll also feature your fundraiser on The Burn Shack's own social channels to drive additional traffic.
- Sales & Payment Processing — Every transaction runs through our website. We handle checkout, payment processing, and order management — you never touch a dollar or a spreadsheet.
- Fulfillment & Shipping — We ship directly to supporters (they pay shipping), deliver a batch order to your organization with a complete order list, or both — your choice.
No Time Limit. No Minimums.
We don't believe in squeezing your campaign into an arbitrary two-week window. Your fundraiser runs as long as you need it to. Whether that's two weeks, two months, or an ongoing campaign tied to the school year — you set the timeline.
And for the zero-upfront option? There's no minimum number of sales required. Every item sold puts real money toward your cause.
