- Is the photo printed or engraved?
- UV printed in full color, so you get vibrant, true-to-life detail — not a single-color engraving.
- What kind of photo should I send?
- The clearest, highest-resolution photo you have. Good lighting and a sharp subject print best. Upload your photo directly at checkout using the file upload field.
- Can you remove the background?
- Yes. Choose the no-background option and we contour-cut the acrylic to the shape of your subject. Prefer the whole picture? Pick a keep-background shape.
- Are name tags included?
- Not on pet photo keychains. If you'd like a metal name tag added, contact us and we'll arrange it.
- How long does it take?
- Approximately 14 days for most orders after proof approval. Need it sooner? Message us before ordering.
