- Do you send a proof before engraving?
- Yes — every engraved order gets a digital proof for your approval before we touch the laser.
- How long does production take?
- Approximately 14 days after proof approval. Rush orders available — contact us before ordering.
- How do I use and care for them?
- Freeze for about 4 hours, drop a few into your glass, then rinse and dry before refreezing. Reusable for years.
