- Can I use a completely custom design?
- Yes — choose a "Custom Design" variant and describe your vision in the Order Notes, or email us your artwork. We’ll create a proof for your approval.
- Are the serving tools included?
- Yes, if you choose a "Board & Serving Tools" variant. They are not included with Board Only variants.
- Do you send a proof before engraving?
- Yes — every order gets a digital proof for your approval before we touch the laser.
- How long does production take?
- Approximately 14 days after proof approval for most orders.
