- No — the dinosaur is a fixed design and does not include an engraved name. The personal details live on the NFC chip, which you program yourself, so you can store a name, phone number, and medical notes — and change them anytime.
- What phones can read the tag?
- Most modern smartphones, including iPhone XS and newer and the majority of Android phones. No app is required to read it.
- Do I have to set it up myself?
- Yes — you program the chip with your emergency info using the included instructions. It takes about a minute, and there's a how-to video on our Instagram.
- Which colors should I choose?
- Any colors from the color chart in the photos. Solid colors fully hide the internal chip; transparent and glitter shades may let it show through.
- Keychain hardware or stainless steel cable?
- Keychain hardware clips on quickly; the stainless steel cable loops securely through zippers and backpack straps. Choose whichever suits your bag.
- How long does it take?
- Approximately 14 days for most orders. Each tag is handmade in Denair, CA.
