- UV Printed Vegan Leatherette — from $28: Full-color UV printing on a vegan leather patch — ideal for logos with multiple colors, gradients, or fine detail that laser engraving can't fully capture.

- Richardson 112: The gold standard for leather patch hats. A structured, mid-profile snapback trucker with a mesh back — extremely popular in ag, outdoor, Western, and contractor markets. If you're not sure which hat to choose, this is the one.
- Yupoong Classic Trucker: A lightweight, low-profile snapback trucker with a softer feel. Great for a more relaxed, lifestyle look.
- Flexfit: A stretch-fit structured hat with no snapback closure — fits most heads comfortably without adjusting. Popular for workplaces and teams that want a cleaner, more polished look.

What happens after you order
Once your order is placed, we'll reach out to work through all the details with you — no guessing, no surprises. Here's what we'll cover:
- Hat color and colorway — we'll help you pick the right hat color combination to complement your logo and brand
- Leather color and finish — choose from a range of patch colors and finishes to get the right look
- Logo sizing and placement — we'll confirm sizing within the patch area and make sure everything is centered and clean
- Any other customization details — patch shape, border style, engraving depth, and more
Your logo file can be uploaded using the upload button below, or you can send it to us after ordering. We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, and EPS files — high resolution preferred (300 DPI or higher).

Design tips
- For laser-engraved patches: simple, bold designs work best — avoid very fine detail or thin lines
- For UV printed patches: full-color logos, gradients, and detailed artwork are all supported
- The patch area is approximately 2”×3.5” — keep text at a readable size within those bounds
- Don't have a design file ready? No problem — we'll work through it with you after you order
