- Do I need a logo file?
- A vector file works best (.svg preferred; .pdf sometimes works). Upload it directly at checkout using the file upload field. If you don't have one, we can hand-trace your logo for a one-time $25 fee, and you keep the file for future orders.
- What's the difference between single- and double-sided?
- Single-sided engraves your design on one side ($28); double-sided engraves both sides ($34). You can also order plain with no engraving ($18).
- Can you do a whole team or a fundraiser?
- Absolutely — these are popular for booster clubs and league fundraisers. Contact us for large orders.
- How should I clean it?
- Hand wash only to protect the leatherette wrap and engraving.
