- Can I bring my own tumbler to be engraved?
- Yes! Choose the "I'll bring my own" option and we'll engrave the tumbler you already own. Engraving only, no tumbler included.
- Do you send a proof before engraving?
- Always. Every order gets a digital proof for your approval before we touch the laser — no surprises.
- Will the engraving fade or peel?
- No. The design is laser-etched into the metal itself, so it's permanent — no ink, no vinyl, no peeling.
- How long does it take?
- Most orders are ready within 14 days after proof approval. Need it sooner? Message us before ordering.
- Can you engrave a logo or custom design?
- Yes. Send your logo or artwork in the order notes or by email. Vector files work best, and high-res PNGs are fine too.
